Policy For Payment Crypto


Payments allows sellers to (a) accept payment by authorized credit and debit card transactions, some bank transfers services, PayPal (where available), transactions using Credit/Debit card or credit card, Payment on Delivery (COD), Payment by Domestic ATM Card, or by crypto. Before registering to use the Service, the User is required to read, agree and accept all provisions of this Agreement and/or other relevant regulations, policies, and terms in the course of use. use the Service. By using the Service, the User is deemed to have completely voluntarily agreed to, accept and comply with all provisions of this Agreement and/or the regulations, policies, and terms otherwise related to the use of the Service. In the process of using the Service, the User agrees to provide complete and accurate information about his/her name, contact address, valid identification, contact phone number, email and other information. in accordance with the law and/or requirements of SAM and is responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the information provided by the User. If there is a risk complaint in the process of using the Service, we will base on the information that the User has provided to receive and settle. In all cases of incorrect or erroneous provision leading to the User’s failure to assist or resolve the related claims. Users must be solely responsible for their own risks, complaints not being resolved because of their lack of, incomplete or inaccurate information in the process of using the Service.

Sellers may only use SAM Marketplace for the sale of items which is not prohibited by law, and agree to ship sold items once a payment transaction is complete and reflected in their payment account. Buyers may authorize a payment with any major credit or debit card accepted by SAM Marketplace.

2.Privacy Policy 

We takes its responsibilities under applicable privacy laws and regulations (“Privacy Laws”) seriously and is committed to respecting the privacy rights and concerns of all Users of our Shopee website and mobile application (the “Platform”) (we refer to the Platform and the services we provide as described on our Platform collectively as the “Services”). Users refers to a user who registers for an account with us for use of the Services, including both buyers and sellers . We recognize the importance of the personal data you have entrusted to us and believe that it is our responsibility to properly manage, protect and process your personal data. This Privacy Policy is designed to assist you in understanding how we collect, use, disclose and/or process the personal data you have provided to us and/or we possess about you, whether now or in the future, as well as to assist you in making an informed decision before providing us with any of your personal data. 

2.1.Personal Data” or “personal data” means data, whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified from that data, or from that data and other information to which an organisation has or is likely to have access. Common examples of personal data could include name, identification number and contact information

2.2.By using the Services, registering for an account with us, visiting our Platform, or accessing the Services, you acknowledge and agree that you accept the practices, requirements, and/or policies outlined in this Privacy Policy, and you hereby consent to us collecting, using, disclosing and/or processing your personal data as described herein. IF YOU DO NOT CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA AS DESCRIBED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT USE OUR SERVICES OR ACCESS OUR PLATFORM. If we change our Privacy Policy, we will notify you including by posting those changes or the amended Privacy Policy on our Platform. We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, your continued use of the Services or Platform, including placing of any orders, shall constitute your acknowledgment and acceptance of the changes made to this Privacy Policy.

2.3.This Policy applies in conjunction with other notices, contractual clauses, consent clauses that apply in relation to the collection, storage, use, disclosure and/or processing of your personal data by us and is not intended to override those notices or clauses unless we state expressly otherwise. 

2.4.This Policy applies to both buyers and sellers who use the Services except where expressly stated otherwise.

3. Payment by Card/Bank Account or crypto

3.1.Bank Account

(i) Credit/Debit card or credit card installment Payment via credit/debit card or installment by credit card is done through a third-party payment channel and approved listing card  The receipt depends on the payment channel you are using. You may use registered Cards to pay for goods or services. You may be required to verify that you control the Card accounts that you register prior to using the Cards for transactions or to obtain additional payment privileges. You may not use your Card to make payments to yourself or to add money to your account.

(ii) Payment by Domestic ATM Card – Internet Banking The form of payment by domestic ATM card – internet banking is only for Buyers who have a domestic ATM card with internet banking link (online payment) and no use  for the VISA and Mastercard. 


(i) Provide correct and complete information, comply with registration procedures, transaction order and instructions.

(ii) When agreeing to use the Service and accept payment for goods, products and services provided at the E-wallet application, it means that the User has clearly understood about the goods, products or services, we not responsible for any cases caused by User mistakes when choosing wrong goods, products, services, choosing wrong amount, etc

(iii) If the User believes that a fraud or error has occurred while performing the Services via E-Wallet, including but not limited to:

a) Any delay or error in processing the User’s request;

b) The User’s E-Wallet Account generates a transaction that is not performed by the User;

c) The User’s order password and/or information registered on the website system is disclosed to a Third Party;

d) There is invalid access to the User’s account

e) Other errors discovered by the User come from the system.

Upon detecting any of the above situations, the User should immediately contact us support directly for inspection and handling.

(iv) The User is responsible for ensuring the safety and confidentiality of any personal information, access password, order password and other identifiers that the User uses at the Service Electronic wallet. The user is fully responsible in case this information is lost, misused, disclosed to a third party and will bear all risks and damages caused by such third party’s unauthorized use.
